Indian River and mosquito Lagoon fishing report for June

Report Date: June 1, 2008

June being here means more heat and calmer winds for us. Trout and Redfish have been in the skinny waters first thing in the morning. We have been catching Trout that is 6 pounds and better. The top water action as been doing real good at first light. Best time for fishing will be in the morning and late afternoon cause of our afternoon thunderstorms.

As our temperature get into the 90s, remember to drink plenty of water. You also want to upgrade your fishing tackle cause a long fight may kill the fish.
